My feeble attempt at DIY, woo!
The major part of this is made from an old pair of Hot Topic gauntlet/armwarmer-things (97% cotton, 3% spandex). Spandex is NOT fun to work with with. Anyways, backing/support is made from strips of a canvas belt. Fasteners from old cat collars. Chains from those same HT armwarmers.
Has 3 sections. (from left to right) 3 compartments for credit cards / giftcards / etc; drawstring bag sewn on for keeping change (honestly not my best idea); piece of thin plastic held on with stitches and duct-tape for ID.
Sewn together with red thread.
Moving on, no I will not make you one. Nor mass-produce these. No offense meant, sewing just isn't my strong suit and it took ages for this particular contraption. xD

This is really neat! With a piece like this, there's no need to worry about uneven stitching or ragged edges because that totally fits the deconstructed style.
